This 8-week therapeutic NaturePlay program is designed for children of all abilities ages 3–5. It provides opportunities to engage in nature-based therapeutic experiences rooted in:

🧘 Mindfulness Skills
🧠 Brain-Body Connections
 
Children will participate in a blended early childhood group setting that supports exploration, connection, and whole-child development.
 
The playgroup is led by pediatric therapists and educators specializing in Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Brain-Body Connections. They thoughtfully facilitate experiences that nurture healthy development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.
 
Because of the therapeutic approach used in this program, professionals are able to focus on each child’s individual interests, strengths, and developmental goals. 🌱
 
👥 Group size is limited to 8 children to maintain an intimate therapeutic professional-to-child ratio and provide individualized support.
